2:15 pm: Limo arrives for Bridal party, car arrives for Kiana & Mom

2:30 pm: Transport to venue

  • Breakfast will be provided

  • There is no set order for hair & makeup. We have 2 hairstylists and 2 makeup artists starting at 9am and working through 1pm and they will set the order on the day based on desired styles and time needed.

Photos & Rehearsal

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

3:00 pm: Arrive at venue

3:45 pm: First Look & Portraits

4:30 pm: Bridal Party photos & Family photos

5:00 pm: Hair & makeup team departs

5:30 pm: Rehearsal

6:00 pm: Guests begin to arrive

  • Refreshments will be provided by venue

  • Hair & makeup touchups available until 5pm.

Ceremony & Reception

6:30 pm - 12 am

6:30 pm: Processional beging

6:55 pm: Ceremony ends

7:00 pm: Cocktail hour begins

8:00 pm: Reception entrance
